1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "td999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the td999.bet platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the td999 website at td999.bet, all sub-pages, mobile experiences, APIs, and related services provided by td999.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses any portion of the td999 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the td999 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their td999 Account in PKR for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by td999 subject to the bonus terms and wagering requirements described in Section 8.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures mandated by td999 as a condition of account operation.
• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to online gaming in the jurisdiction from which a Player accesses the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the td999 registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the td999 Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the td999 Platform and close your Account by contacting our customer support team.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain a td999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. td999 operates a strict minimum age policy and performs age verification on all accounts.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and automated agents may not register accounts on td999.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list operated or recognised by td999 or by any gaming regulatory body with jurisdiction over your account activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, and you accept full personal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You must not previously have had a td999 Account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) td999 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering your td999 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required registration fields, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Select a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.
• Notify td999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team at the contact details provided in Section 17.

td999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5. KYC Identity Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards, td999 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request or, at td999's discretion, at any point during the Player's account lifecycle.

The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A legible copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership by the registered account holder.
• Source of Funds: In cases where td999's AML procedures require it, documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds used for gaming activity on the Platform.

td999 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation in connection with KYC verification constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.

6. Deposits

All deposits to your td999 Account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). td999 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Online Banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and the current list is always available on the td999 platform.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and vary by payment method.
• td999 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which td999 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by td999's payment processor. In cases of payment processor delay, td999 will credit your account as soon as funds are confirmed received.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension pending investigation.
• td999 reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit transaction and to decline deposits at its discretion in accordance with its AML procedures.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your td999 Account are paid in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to a payment account registered in your name that matches your td999 account registration details. td999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 5.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to volume and operating hours.
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within one to two business days.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are processed within 24 hours subject to network confirmation times.
• td999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before any portion of your balance attributable to that bonus may be withdrawn. Real Money Balance deposited independently of any bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC requirements.
• td999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing timelines. You will be notified if such a check is initiated.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

td999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players. All bonus offers are subject to these general terms and any specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date stated in the specific offer terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device or IP address.
• Abuse Prevention: td999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, collusion, or systematic exploitation of td999's promotional terms.
• Modification and Withdrawal: td999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the change taking effect.

9. Games & Betting Rules

The td999 Platform offers a variety of casino games, live dealer tables, video poker titles, and sports betting markets. Each game and betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game or betting interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

• All casino games on the td999 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been tested and verified by independent technical auditors. The outcomes of all games are fair and cannot be manipulated by td999 or any Player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, td999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. td999 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within each game or market interface.
• For sports betting, td999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that have been settled in error, where odds were offered in error, or where match-fixing or irregular activity is suspected.
• td999 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any single Player from any single game session or betting event at its sole discretion.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the td999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with td999.
• Registering or operating more than one td999 Account, whether personally or in conjunction with other persons.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the td999 Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or bonus accrual.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities on the Platform. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported and are not considered valid.
• Attempting to launder money or use the td999 Platform for any purpose in connection with financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that td999 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to td999's staff, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the td999 Platform — including but not limited to the td999 brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of td999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the td999 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any td999 content without prior written authorisation from td999.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

td999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a td999 Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

td999 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for the operation of the Platform (including payment processing and KYC verification), as required by law or regulatory authority, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Responsible Gaming

td999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment and never a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulties. td999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending on td999.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to prevent chasing losses.
• Session Time-Out: Set automatic session limits so the Platform logs you out after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the td999 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are binding for the duration selected. Players who self-exclude may not circumvent this measure by opening new accounts.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td999 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss arising from the use of or inability to use the td999 Platform, even if td999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to breach.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit td999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The td999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. td999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

15. Amendments to These Terms

td999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, td999 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the td999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td999 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through td999's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

To submit a complaint to td999, Players should first contact our customer support team as described in Section 17. td999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a Player remains dissatisfied following td999's internal resolution, they may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body.
